Investigate Microsoft Bug in Windows 7 Phone

NEW YORK - Microsoft is ready to investigate reports of a bug on some Windows 7 Phone handsets, where the software sends and receives data that does notrecognize the user.

Some users complain their Windows 7 transmit data up to 50MB over 3G networks,thus exceeding the allocation of data per month. As a result, the number of bills theywere swollen.
One user catapult grievances through the website technology reporter Paul Thurrott,SuperSite for Windows. "I received an email from AT & T who told me that Iapproached my data quota of 2GB. This is surprising, because I was not using that much data."
Other users reported experiencing similar problems. He claimed, her cell phone to send and receive data though is not in use. 
Microsoft confirmed, it is investigating the report. "We are investigating this matter to determine the cause. We will provide updated information as well as the solution if itexists,"said a Microsoft spokesman was quoted as saying by the Telegraph on Wednesday (01/12/2011).
Launched last October, welcome Windows 7 gets quite lively. However, Microsoft cannot compete with Apple, Google and Blackberry in the 'war' an increasinglycompetitive smartphone.
