Huawei sues Motorola & Nokia Siemens Networks

BEIJING - Huawei Technologies Co. Solutions filed a lawsuit against Motorola Inc.and Nokia Siemens Network (NSN) in order to prevent the leaking of confidentialinformation vendors of telecommunications equipment from China's.
Huawei and Motorola has worked long enough. Included in the sale of Huaweiproducts under the Motorola brand. However, after Motorola sold the business toNSN, July, Huawei claims company based in Illinois did not provide a guarantee not to divulge their confidential information.
Cellular News launch on Tuesday (25/01/2011), Huawei had appealed to the IllinoisDistrict Court and requested the court's decision for Motorola did not provideinformation regarding Huawei's business until the problems between the twocompanies settled.
"Motorola intends to hand over their wireless infrastructure businesses, includingbusiness UMTS and GSM, the Nokia Siemens Networks, which in fact is the rival ofHuawei. Of the transfers, it could be a variety of confidential information falling into thehands of Huawei Nokia Siemens Networks, and adversely affect the company.(especially) a lot Motorola employees, who know the Huawei confidential information,will become employees of Nokia Siemens Networks, "the lawsuit Huawei.
Furthermore, the Huawei claims, "the continuation of sales, support and business services Motorola GSM and UMTS by NSN later can lead to leakage of confidential information owned by Huawei for the sake of NSN."
