U.S. Consumers Disappointed Galaxy Tab?

NEW YORK - Many retail stores in the United States reportedly received a lot ofconsumer returns Galaxy Tab. Really Samsung tablet output is disappointing?
Tony Berkman, consumer technology analyst at ITG reveal, at least 15 percent of unitssold Galaxy Tab returned by the purchaser. "Consumers do not really like this device,"said Berkman told the New York Post on Wednesday (02/02/2011).
Recently, Samsung claims to have shipped two million Android-based tablets.However, the South Korean company recently explained, sales figures were actuallylower.
ITG monitor the sales of Galaxy Tab at approximately six thousand retail storesthroughout the United States (U.S.), since the tablet was launched last November.
Still, iSuppli analyst Rhoda Alexander catapult defense. "Many of the problems facedtablets Android, not just Samsung," he said referring to the initial output tablet whichstill uses the OS for mobile phones.
"Many products that are having problems because of the high average returns or fornot sold," continued Alexander.
