NSN Not Interested Huawei Confidential Information

Espoo - Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN) insisted was not interested in Huawei's intellectual property, as the alleged origin of the Chinese telecommunications vendorsome time ago.
Last week Huawei expressed concerns about the leaking of company information,following the takeover of Motorola's networks division by NSN. Understandably,formerly Huawei and Nokia Siemens Networks have worked together long enough.
But suspicion was immediately rebuffed by the chief hardware strategy and businessdevelopment NSN, Michael Matthews. "We do not need that information. We do notwant it and we have great respect for intellectual property rights of others," he said asquoted by Cellular News, on Monday (1/31/2011).
Matthews added that the main reason to buy the assets of Motorola Nokia Siemens Networks is to expand its market share especially in the United States (U.S.) andJapan. In addition, these measures are also expected to improve the CDMAtechnology platform in the region.
July 2010 NSN confirm if it is ready poured $ 1, 2 billion to buy the majority ofMotorola's wireless network infrastructure assets. Approximately 7500 Motorolaemployees will move to Nokia Siemens Networks after the two companies completedthe negotiation process.
