Aha Vibe, Burst Modem MP3 Player and Radio

JAKARTA - Following the success of Olive VME AHA 110 that was launched mid last year, Bakrie Connectivity ready to introduce its newest innovation, the AHA VME Vibe 150, which combines four functions of modems, mp3 player, FM radio and a dictaphone. 

The latest innovation Connectivity Bakrie was exhibited to the number of media in e-Corner, Epicentrum Walk, Drogheda, on Thursday (01/13/2011). It is expected that President Director of Bakrie Connectivity, Erik Meijer, AHA Vibe can achieve similar success as well as 110 Olive existing VME. 

Moreover, continued Erik, besides functioning as a modem, Vibe AHA also provides other functions that are not less interesting. One is as an MP3 player, where users can directly download songs via the music downloader which has been provided. 

The trick is quite easy. Once connected to the Internet, users simply click the music downloader applications to see a list of songs before they download the song. The process of downloading a song does not have to wait long. Using EV-DO advanced technology that allows Internet speeds reaching 3.1 Mbps, the user only takes less than a minute to download one song. 

Working closely with the five largest music labels Indonesia (Warner, Universal, Musica, Trinity and Sony Indonesia), AHA Vibe provides thousands of local and international songs that can be downloaded by subscribers. 

But do not expect to copy pirated songs through AHA vibe. Because AHA Vibe is equipped with DRM protection (Digital Rights Management), so the user can not listen to songs from other sources or move existing content into other media. 

"Our goal is to save Indonesia's music industry. So the existing content on Vibe AHA application can only be heard through the device," explained General Manager of VAS, Revie Sylviana. 

Another function offered by the AHA Vibe is an FM radio and dictaphone or tape recorder. Erik asserted, this is an innovation like never before. 

"Innovation like this is the first in Indonesia. Even in foreign countries who also has never been as complete as this," he said proudly. 

Meanwhile, the AHA Vibe new plan will be launched officially on February 1 with the official Rp699 thousand. Although quite expensive, but the user can gain free internet for 30 days with speeds reaching 3.1 Mbps and unlimited free download songs via the AHA Vibe music downloader. In addition, Vibe AHA also provides one stereo headset so the user can listen to songs and FM radio content.
