NEW YORK - Hewlett-Packard announced a major turnover of leadership ranks after the departure of CEO Mark Hurd. A few months after CEO Mark Hurd was forced to resign over allegations of sexual harassment, the company now says five new president, including former chief executive of eBay, Meg Whitman. Similarly, as quoted by AFP on Friday (01/21/2011). Leo Apotheker took over as CEO of Hewlett-Packard in late September last year. Step reshuffle the leadership ranks of Hewlett-Packard is now being investigated by the Securities and Exchange Commission. In a recent note in U.S. District Court in southern California, HP said that they would see the condition after Mark Hurd resignation in August. "Each member of the new president are honorable people and leaders who have the experience in the business world," said Raymond Lane, Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Hewlett-Packard. "Together they will be provided to the ranks of our management team and a new outlook and perspective to the business of Hewlett-Packard," Leadership ranks of the new Hewlett-Packard are: Patricia Russo (former Chief-Executive of Alcatel-Lucent), Dominique Senequier (Chief-Executive Officer of AXA Private Equity), Shumeet Banerji (chief executive of Booz & Company) and Gary Reiner ( ex-Chief Information Officer) of General Electric.
