NEW YORK - Toshiba Companies in the United States (U.S.) are being sued byformer employees. This happens because the senior manager at the company's discriminatory policies against women employees.
Elaine Cyphres, sued his company because the former is considered favoritismtoward salaries and bonuses among employees of women and men. He saidToshiba provides a lower salary and bonuses to employees than female employeesmales.
In fact, according to Cyphers, position, type of work and who bear the burden is feltnot much different between men and women. In fact, not surprisingly an important position in the U.S. Toshiba filled by employees more men than women.
"Kumlah women who fill key positions in this company very little," Cyphers said, asquoted by Reuters on Wednesday (02/02/2011).
"I know the fact that the number of women who served as manager of just 3.4 percentfrom 6273 as manager is available at the company," he added.
Before you leave, Cyphers never occupy a position as Human Resources Manager atToshiba America Nuclear Energy Division with an average income of USD 90 thousand per year until USD91.800. Now, employees with exactly the same posisearn USD 120 thousand, because he's a man.
